NYSERDA Combined Heat and Power Expo: Bronx

NYSERDA’s Combined Heat and Power Expo is designed for commercial, industrial, and multifamily building owners and managers to connect with pre-approved CHP equipment vendors and other organizations offering financial incentives and technical support for the installation of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems. NYSERDA's complementary pair of CHP programs offer incentives for systems 50kW and larger.

Building owners, managers, and other representatives are invited to stop by and speak with pre-approved CHP system vendors, NYSERDA staff, and U.S. Department of Energy’s CHP Technical Assistance Partnership representatives about products and services available to capture energy savings and improve the resiliency of their buildings.

The Expo will feature:

• Information from vendors of pre-approved CHP systems featured in NYSERDA’s CHP Catalog.
• Presentations on the incentives available for CHP through NYSERDA’s CHP Acceleration Program (PON 2568).
• Information on FREE technical assistance and project screening offered through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Northeast CHP Technical Assistance Partnership.
• Q&A time with representatives from Con Edison’s Distributed Generation group.

DIRECTIONS
The Expo will be taking place in the second-floor ballroom of Fordham's McGinley Center (blue star on the map below).

DIRECTIONS FROM METRO NORTH
From the Metro North Fordham station, attendees can enter the Webster Ave Gate (red star), which is directly adjacent to the Metro North station on the North side of Fordham Rd. Following the red highlighted path from there will lead attendees to the McGinley Center.

DIRECTIONS FROM BRONX RIVER PARKWAY
For attendees driving to the Expo, the Bronx River Parkway runs past Fordham's campus. From the North, take exit 8E-8W-E towards Mosholu Pkwy/ Allerton fields, which outlets onto Southern Boulevard. Fordham's parking garage will be on your right.

From all points South, take the Bronx River Pkwy to exit 7W, and take the first Right onto Southern Boulevard. Fordham's parking garage will be on your left.

Fordham's parking lot/garage is indicated by the black star on the map below. Follow the black highlighted path to the McGinley Center. Note that NYSERDA will provide parking validation for our guests on the day of the event. Further details on how to confirm parking validation will be provided closer to the day of the event.

NOTE: Fordham is a gated campus, however, guards will be instructed to assist all attendees who identify themselves as guests for the NYSERDA CHP Expo.
